Paula started an apprenticeship in beauty therapy after leaving school at a top hairdressers & beauty salon in Chichester west Sussex. Quite a few famous people use to visit this salon which Paula treated.

Having moved from West Sussex to Bridgwater in 2002 Paula attended a beauty school to update & learn new therapies.

Qualified beauty therapist & holistic practitioner in clinical aromatherapy, Indian head massage working with over 30 essential oils.
Paula realises that into today's society time is taken up with so many pressures. Stress becomes a vicious circle in our lives. Causing tiredness irritability anger mood swings and resentment. Stress effects our well being & leads to all kinds of illness whether physical or mental. Break outs of blemishes tired dull skin are signs of stress or illness. We all need to stop & have some “Me time” to relax (sitting with a coffee is not really relaxing your mind is already on the next to do list)
